How much is a Chennai to Bangalore taxi?

Can you pick me up from my hotel in Chennai?
Yes. Give us the address or a landmark when you book and the driver reaches you there. We confirm the pickup point the evening before and the driver calls on arrival, which matters more on the return leg than it does leaving Bangalore - you are somewhere you do not know well.
I have a flight from Bangalore. When should the cab leave Chennai?
Plan on leaving about 10 hours before you need to be at the terminal. That is 6 to 7 hours of driving to the airport plus a buffer for traffic on the approach into Bangalore and time to check in. Tell us the flight number when you book and we will set the pickup from it rather than you working backwards.
Is a one way drop cheaper than a round trip?
For the return leg, yes, if you are not keeping the car. You pay for the journey into Bangalore rather than for the vehicle's time both ways. If you still have travel to do around Chennai first, the round trip rate per kilometre is lower and usually works out better overall.
Do you charge for the driver getting to Chennai?
Not as a separate line. The fare above is the indicative one way figure for the distance. What is added is the driver allowance of ₹300 a day for cars, and toll, parking and any state permit at actuals.
Can I book the night before?
Yes, and for an early flight we would rather you did. Late bookings get filled when a car is free, but a confirmed booking the evening before means the driver has the address, knows the route out of Chennai, and is not finding you at 4am for the first time.
